These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the Inboxclean website and service provided by Shipio Direct LLC(“Inboxclean”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction) and able to form a binding contract to use Inboxclean. By using the Service you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.
2. Your account
- You sign in through Google. You are responsible for safeguarding access to the Google account you connect and for all activity that occurs under it.
- You agree to provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
- You can disconnect Gmail or delete your account at any time from the Settings page.
3. What Inboxclean does
Inboxclean is a tool that reads Gmail metadata (headers and labels) to identify mailing lists and, at your request, executes unsubscribe requests on your behalf using the standard List-Unsubscribe mechanism. We act as your agent for the limited purpose of sending those unsubscribe requests.
The Service is provided as-is. Unsubscribe success depends on third-party sender compliance with email standards — some senders may ignore or delay requests, and we cannot guarantee every unsubscribe will take effect.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service in a way that violates any law or third-party rights.
- Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or abuse the Service, circumvent security, or overload our infrastructure.
- Use the Service to send spam, harass senders, or perform any activity that could harm Google, Inboxclean, or third parties.
- Resell, sublicense, or otherwise commercialize the Service without our written permission.
5. Plans, billing & refunds
- Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or yearly, depending on the plan you choose). Prices are listed on the pricing page.
- You authorize us and our payment processor to charge your payment method for all fees.
- You can cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law.
- We may change pricing with at least 30 days’ notice before your next renewal.
6. Intellectual property
The Service, including software, design, text, and branding, is owned by Shipio Direct LLC and protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the Service in accordance with these Terms. You retain all rights to your own data.
7. Third-party services
Inboxclean integrates with Google (Gmail API) and other subprocessors (hosting, payments). Use of those third-party services is subject to their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party service outages or changes.
8. Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE”, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT EVERY UNSUBSCRIBE REQUEST WILL BE HONORED BY THE SENDER.
9. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SHIPIO DIRECT LLC AND ITS AFFILIATES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR US$100, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Shipio Direct LLC, its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of your misuse of the Service or violation of these Terms.
11. Termination
You can stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if we need to do so for legal, security, or operational reasons. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (e.g. IP, disclaimers, liability) will continue to apply.
12. Changes to the Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced in-app or by email. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, unless you are a consumer entitled to the protection of mandatory laws of your country of residence.
